Rumie + Charlotte is a graphic novel for children. Charlotte is on vacation with her mother at a lakeside motel, when suddenly she comes upon mysterious creatures known as Bluppins. When she befriends one of the Bluppins named Rumie, the two embark on adventures together, each teaching the other new experiences they normally would have never explored.
